Delivery Information

We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. On placing an order, you'll receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of your order. 

Delivery Times

Orders are generally sent within 1-2 business days after payment has been received, however please allow up to 5 business days for deliveries within Ireland.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate standard shipping within Ireland is € 4.40.  We offer free shipping on orders over € 25.00 within Ireland. 

All International orders are sent by An Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Custom and Import taxes 

Please note that custom and import taxes are to be paid by the purchaser. We accept no responsibility for same. Any delivery delays due to import and custom taxes are not the responsibility of Robin Meets Wolf.

Damaged Items

Please contact us within 3 working days of your delivery and provide photographs and a description of the damage. Once received, we will decide which is the most suitable option. A refund or replacement. Please note that we will claim compensation from the postal service that mishandled your delivery. 

Lost Items 

Ireland : If after 10 days you have still not received your dispatched order, we will consider this lost.

International : If after 28 days you have still not received your dispatched order, we will consider this lost. 

Please contact us after the above timelines and we will discuss the options available. 

The checkout section on the website asks the buyer to check all delivery details and contact details. Please take a few seconds to do this. If the buyer has incorrectly input delivery details and the items have been dispatched, the cost of re-posting the returned items will be the customers responsibility. If after placing the order and before the items have been dispatched you notice an error with the delivery details, please contact us and we will amend.
