FAQs
What materials are used in your work ?
Obviously, first of all polymer clay ! I use resin on some of the jewellery to create a beautiful shine. This is a non-toxic resin.
The earring findings I use are either surgical stainless steel, gold or silver plated and all are hypoallergenic.
All brass and raw brass embellishments are lead free and nickel free.
All suitable for sensitive ears.
Are they lightweight ?
Yes !! Polymer clay jewellery is extremely lightweight. If you would like to know an approximate weight of a product, please contact me.
Are they fragile ?
Polymer clay is a very durable medium. However, they can break or scratch if bent, cleaned or stored incorrectly.
How do I clean my jewellery ?
To clean all jewellery use a soft damp cloth. For more intricate pieces use a damp cotton bud. Wipe all pieces gently after with a soft dry cloth.
If your jewellery has a brass piece attached and this has tarnished, use a soft cloth with a small amount of vinegar.
How do I store my jewellery ?
Store in a clean dry place. Ensure jewellery is kept dry, so no swimming, bathing or showering with them on. No matter how much you love them :) Avoid direct contact with perfumes, oils, creams etc.
Do you offer returns ?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please contact me if you have a problem with your order and I will be happy to help if I can.
